RESCHEDULING/CANCELATIONS:

Our cancelation policies are in place to give us time to fill your appointment slot if you should need to adjust your schedule. Our artists rely on their set schedules for their professional income. 

 

Bluebird Ink holds a strict 48 hour cancelation & reschedule policy for all tattoo, permanent makeup, and lash services. 

 

 Use the link in your confirmation email/ text to cancel or reschedule your appointment. DO NOT MESSAGE OR EMAIL TO CANCEL.

Make all cancelations or changes at least 48h in advance to avoid loosing your booking fee, and avoid cancelation charges.

 

**In case of cancelation after 48 hrs, fees up to the total appointment amount may be charged to the card held on file as your contactless payment option.

We do not have a front desk staff & are unable to pick up the phone for phone calls when we are with a clients.

ANY CONSULT RELATED APPOINTMENTS ARE OVER THE PHONE OR ZOOM. NOT IN SHOP.

COUPLE/GROUP TATTOOS

 

If you are doing couple or best friend tattoos: EACH PERSON MUST HAVE THIER OWN APPOINTMENT AND HAVE FILLED OUT THEIR OWN FORMS & PAPERWORK.

 

**We can only accommodate up to 3 people at a time in the shop. Covid is still very real in our community. 

 

On your tattoo day, only bring YOURSELF OR ONLY THOSE GETTING TATTOOED.

Our artists want you to have the best tattoo possible. Having other guests can be very distracting and may affect the final quality, amount of time spent, and final price.

 

We want you to enjoy your experience with us, and have fun! At the same time,  remember this is our place of work, and this is our career, please be respectful of the artists professional boundaries when in as a group or you will be asked to leave and charges applied. 

 

 

We follow KY state covid guidelines, as well as will be requiring all clients to wear a mask if they are not vaccinated, we are trying to protect our most vulnerable.

Permanent Makeup Appointment REMINDERS:​

​

If you have been using Latisse, Grande Lash, Lash Boost, etc. in either the eye or brow area, please schedule at least 8 WEEKS OUT. Grow serums cause increased blood blood to the area, and can cause increased swelling and bleeding while working that will impact your final . 

​

We cannot work on clients currently undergoing Chemo/Radiation, or that have taken blood thinners in the last 24 hours. 

​

Will I see my drawing before my appointment? 

​

***All drawing is done the night before your session****

Usually you will see your drawing when you come in.

IF it is a large and complicated piece, your artist may send you drawings in advance. 

 

 Please communicate any idea changes or new details, at least 24 hours before your appointment via. responding to your appointment confirmation. Do not wait until you come in. Message any new reference photos that were not uploaded with your form, that we will need, TO THE SHOP NUMBER.

 

If changes are needed and the artist is not notified in advance, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a change fee may be applied. ​

OUR LOCATION & FACILITY

​

We are on Main St, on the second floor above the cheese shop "Cultured", in a Grey two-story building.  You can access our shop via the yellow front door. 

​

We are directly across the street from "Plumbers Supply."

​

Parking is on the street and usually found within 2 blocks. The parking lot next to us is private parking for Plumber Supply. Unfortunately, You will be towed if you park in that lot. If you are worried about parking please arrange a ride
