Please read all of the following to understand how I work BEFORE filling out my form. We know it's a lot, and it's important to ensure your booking goes smoothly from start to finish.
Thank you so much for trusting me with your tattoo! I am always honored to take this journey with you to bring your vision to life. I pride myself on cultivating a cozy, safe space for all my clients.
I work in both black & gray, and color tattoos. The styles I love to do, and feel my talents are best highlighted with, are Realism and Fine-line tattooing.
Some things that I especially love tattooing are: birds, anything nature inspired (bones, skulls, botanicals, florals, bugs, plants, animals), statues, art history inspired pieces, mythical, text, and whimsical/funny tattoos.
Hourly Rate:
My hourly rate is $165/hour.
Group Tattoos:
If you are wanting to come as a group to get the same tattoo, please note that in each form. I will do my best to fit groups into my schedule!
I want you to be able to be tattooed with your friends, however flexibility will be needed as I only have a certain amount of days/time I am working in a week.
Accommodations:
Please let me know on your form if you need any special accommodations to be fully comfortable for your tattoo experience!
I work in a private room with a curtain that closes for privacy.
Examples of accommodations are: needing extra moving breaks, no music/specific music, silent appointment with limited talking, etc. I want you to have the absolute best experience you can!
When filling out your booking request:
Include as much detail as possible, and be specific!
It is helpful to have multiple inspiration photos for your project, no matter how simple it may seem! To be able to make this tattoo unique to you, I need to clearly understand the intricacies of your vision.
Double check that all of your contact information is correct. If it is not, then I will be unable to send you booking links or communicate effectively!
Request Response:
I will respond to your booking request within a business week during my office hours.
If you have not received a response after that time, please don’t hesitate to text my artist line!
Out of Town Clients:
For out of town clients- if you have specific travel dates that you will be in town please let me know what days/times you will be in the area, and are available.
If your travels are within 2-3 weeks, please text me once you have submitted your booking request so I can fast track your booking if humanly possible, and let me know what your travel days/availability are. If I am unable to see you I will refer you to another trusted artist at the shop that has the appropriate skills/style range.
Availability:
My client hours are from 11-7pm every Wednesday-Friday, with alternating Tuesdays and Saturdays.
My Saturday availability is incredibly limited, please plan to make accommodations for another day if all current Saturdays availability is already booked. For Saturday availability- I suggest booking the best option available, and occasionally checking my online scheduler to see if any Saturdays have opened up once you are booked in.

Cancelation/Reschedule Policy
We are serious about wanting you to have an amazing tattoo experience! To help us operate at our highest level without hiccups or extended delays, please review our policies and procedures, these are in place for everyone’s security, benefit, and efficient workflow. We never want to have to enforce this, so we make sure we are transparent as possible for all our clients.
-Please prepare for your appointment by checking your email and text messages.
-Let us know about any needed design/concept changes at least 24 hrs BEFORE your appointment so we are able to make changes to our drawings and plans BEFORE your appointment time. When we are not given time to prepare for you, the changes needed will take extended time- pushing the appointment past what is scheduled. You may have to book another appointment based on the schedule that day or sit for extended time, and that day will be billed as planned and will include any overage.
Please do not put us in this position.
Complete any rescheduling or cancelations 48 hours BEFORE your appointment start time.
Changes made within 48 hrs. do not allow us to easily rebook the time that was reserved for you. With more notice, we are able to schedule other waiting clients - who may have to make last minute accommodations and changes in their own life to be available.
At this point, Your artist has already started working on your appointment details, drawing, and preparing for you.
Cancelations made at anytime, forfeit (lose) the booking fee deposited for that appointment. Any booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you intend to reschedule or book another appointment, DO NOT CANCEL your appointment, and use the rescheduling feature instead or text the shop.
What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours?
Please communicate with us in a timely and honest manner. We will attempt to fill any last minute opening to prevent having to enforce our cancelation policy and procedures. We are human and understand real emergencies such as sickness, injury, and death can happen, and at the same time this is our careers and business. If we are unable to fill the (within 48 hrs) appointment opening, or are no-called/no-showed, the following policy and procedures will be applied.

Cancelations made within 48 hrs of the appointment or No-Call/No-Shows (openings we are unable to fill the last minute) will be subject to cancelation fees- up to 100% of the total service fee, applied to the card saved on file at booking. Please do not put us in this position.

Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit (lose) any currently deposited booking fee for that date. A new booking fee deposit will be required to reserve and hold the new appointment date.

Consecutive Rescheduling: Upon a third consecutive reschedule (of the same appointment), a new booking fee will be required to be deposited to continue to hold the appointment and the previous fee will be lost and not applied to the total.
*Endless reschedules block dates for currently booking clients, and indicate you are not serious about your appointment.

All appointments require a card held securely on file within our billing system. By booking with us you agree and give permission for Bluebird Ink to bill any pre-stated charges related to booking, or apply cancelation fee’s that may be incurred according to our booking policy above. If you would like to use another form of payment on the day of, that is completely fine!
Bluebird Ink and its contracted Artists do not offer refunds of any payment made in-person or online. That being said, we will always make every effort within our abilities to ensure you are pleased with our work. We want you loving what’s on your body for years to come.
