Booking a Tattoo Project with Louisa
 

Submitting a tattoo request DOES NOT GUARANTEE AN APPOINTMENT.

 

Tattoo Request approvals can take up to a week-10 days depending on request volume.

 

While Louisa is honored by every single tattoo request that is submitted, she is currently unable to take on all projects.

Cancelation & Rescheduling Policies: 

 

Any pre-paid booking fees and day of fees are NON- REFUNDABLE. 

 

Please cancel or change your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to be able to transfer any pre-paid deposit fee to a new day/time.

 

If date or time Reschedules are needed AFTER the 48 hour mark- Your appointment will need to be entirely rebooked, and booking fee resubmitted.

 

Cancelations after 48 hours, or no-shows, will be charged a last minute penalty fee to the card on file, up to the price of the full session fee. Please give us as much notice as you can. 

 

Our Cancellation Policy is in place to be fair to those who have waited weeks and months for their appointments that and to protect the financial stability of our artists.
